1. Scope:
1. These terms and conditions apply to all - offered within the framework of the free trade human energetic
Services provided by Barnaby Lucas (Doctor of Chiropractic).

2. General provisions:
2.1. This applies to all functional and personal names used in these conditions chosen form for both genders.
2.2. The agreed services will only be provided once the information form has been signed by the Clients.
2.3. Place of jurisdiction: Austria

3. Education:
3.1. All methods that are offered as part of the work as an energetic practitioner are energetic treatments or support, and are not a substitute for a medical diagnosis and/or treatment. This practitioners work is also no substitute for psychotherapeutic examination or treatment. If in doubt, please contact a doctor or therapist.
3.2. It is expressly declared to the client, no medical diagnoses or treatment are given. Within care given by this practitioner, there are no replacements for medical or occupational fields, or regulated therapies such as the physiotherapeutic services, activities related to social counselling, nutritional counselling, massage etc
3.3. The client freely declares that they are able to take advantage of the help and all information in the to make a connection with the ascertainment of the energetic state of their own body.

3.4. The client understands that it is prudent to inform this practitioner of any medical treatments or diagnoses, or that there is a pregnancy or other circumstances that are important for engaging with the energetic state.    
3.3. It is explained about each assistance / session and the data provided by the client and others personal information entrusted to the profession is to be kept confidential.
7.2. The term "chiropractic" mentioned refers to the term referenced by the World Health Organisation is internationally recognised and has certain safety standards prescribed with chiropractic education.
7.3. Furthermore, reference is made to the fact that the chiropractic degree achieved by this practitioner was a full-time Masters degree course over five years. WHO guidelines are completed if they have this professional title as a member of a national or international professional association.

4. Appointments:
4.1. If the client is unable to meet agreed appointments, these must be notification at least 24 hours in advance either by phone, email or another form of messaging. If this is not the case, 50% of the corresponding appointment fees may be charged.

5. Prices and terms of payment:
5.1. Barnaby Lucas Health is subject to sales tax as part of the free trade of energy engineers.
5.2. All prices mentioned include all taxes and duties.
5.3. The agreed costs for treatment / assistance are - unless another agreement is made - to be paid in full at the end of each session.

6. Data protection law and privacy policy
6.1. The client agrees that for the purpose of doing business in my data processing system, the client’s name, address, sales and invoice data as well, as payment and accounting data are saved.
6.2. The client understands that no card or account details will be stored or saved.
6.2. Data transfers are only provided in accordance with the statutory provisions and in monetary transactions.
6.3. All personal data are treated with absolute confidentiality and, if not mandatory statutory provisions provide otherwise, in any case not passed on to other third parties.
